4. Agreement + Investment
Once you decide to proceed, we finalise the agreement. Depending on the project, this includes either an initial deposit to secure your start date or the first invoice issued in advance for ongoing services.
5. Onboarding
The onboarding phase begins with a clear overview of timelines, responsibilities and next steps. If needed, a dedicated project space is set up to ensure transparency throughout the process.

On a monthly basis, you can expect to spend around three hours reviewing and approving the content plan. Occasional input is needed to keep content aligned and relevant. This is a collaboration, not a solo effort, and clarity on both sides ensures the best results.
For real estate projects, the process is even leaner. In most cases, the address is enough for us to work independently.

Depending on the project, there are several ways to collaborate. We can work with existing photo and video material provided by your team and refine it to fit the overall strategy. If new content is required, we can coordinate productions through our trusted network of photographers and filmmakers in your region. For certain projects, we also travel on-site to produce the content ourselves.
